RFP Issued for Redevelopment of Chevy Chase Civic Site
The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development has released an RFP for the redevelopment of the Chevy Chase Site at 5601 and 5625 Connecticut Avenue, NW. The roughly 74,000-square-foot site is currently home to the Chevy Chase Neighborhood Library and the Chevy Chase Community Center. Development plans will need to include space for a new community center and library along with housing. Responses to the RFP are due by April 18th.
