Roof Installation Underway at Baytop Commerce Center in West Tampa
Crews have begun the roof installation at a new industrial center in West Tampa. Baytop Commerce Center will offer 172,620 square feet of industrial space. The 32-feet high rear-load building will feature 49 dock doors and up to four drive in ramps. The 13.77-acre site will include 173 car parking spaces. Located approximately 11 miles northwest of the Tampa International Airport, this Class A spec building is right in the heart of Hillsborough Avenue, which serves as a major road connection between Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. This site has a flexible building footprint that caters to single tenant or multitenant users and is surrounded by an impressive credit tenant leasing velocity. Delivery is anticipated in Q2 2024.
