Roofs Complete on Two Buildings at East Tampa Commerce Center
The roofs have been completed on two of the buildings East Tampa Commerce Center as construction progresses. The exteriors are nearly complete on all three buildings. The new Class A distribution center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
