Sansone Group and Costco Wholesale Acquire Land for New Facility in Legacy Park at Tradition
Sansone Group and Costco Wholesale are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 192.5 acres of land in Legacy Park at Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Costco plans to embark on a 595,000 square foot depot facility and has industrial development rights to expand its project up to 1,900,000 square feet. Sansone Group has been retained as the developer for the project. Legacy Park at Tradition is a multi-building industrial commerce park with over 400 acres and will include 5.4 million square feet of Class-A Industrial facilities. Developers recently acquired another 14.7 acres of land with future development opportunities up to a 250,000 square foot industrial warehouse space.
