Santander Bank Submits Plans to Redevelop Miami Office Building Site
Santander Bank has filed plans for the development of the bank’s office building site in Miami. The Santander Tower, which will rise 40 stories in Miami, will contain 612,918 square feet of Class A office space. The project will be reviewed by the Miami Urban Development Board at the February 21 meeting. The redevelopment plans include office spaces, retail, food and beverage areas. The plans include 107,953 square feet of commercial space and an urban club on the top level of the podium (level 9) alongside outdoor amenity space for tenants.
