Sedna Beverly 85% Leased

The Procopio Companies, a third-generation, full-service real estate development and construction management firm based in Lynnfield, Mass., announced that Sedna, its luxury waterfront property in Beverly, MA, has reached stabilization, with 85% of the apartments leased to residents.
