Senior Living Project Advances in Falls Church
Quinn’s Auction Galleries has won approval for the redevelopment of their commercial buildings at 350 and 360 S. Washington Street in Falls Church. Plans for the site call for a 10-story mixed-use building to include over 230 senior living units, a mix of independent, assisting living & memory care, along with 33,000 square feet of medical office space, and 15,000 square feet of retail.
