Senior Living Project Approved for Chevy Chase 4-H Site
The Montgomery County Council has approved plans for the redevelopment of the former 4-H Chevy Chase site along Connecticut Avenue. The project would include a mix of independent living units, assisting living, and memory care beds and ground-floor retail space. The development team acquired the 12+ acre site in late 2021 for $40M.
