Shaw Multifamily Trades for $81.5M
Bernstein Management has acquired The Shay along 8th St. NW in DC's Shaw neighborhood for $81,500,000. The 245-unit community was constructed in 2015 and offers studio, one- and two-bedroom units with amenities including a heated pool with sundeck, two landscaped rooftop decks with seating and grills, and a fitness center. JLL represented the seller in the transaction. The property last traded in June 2015 for $123,400,000.
