Silver Spring Affordable Housing Development Breaks Ground
On Thursday, November 16th, Harkins Builders, Enterprise Community Partners, and Soto Architecture & Urban Design celebrated the groundbreaking of the Park Montgomery project. Located in Silver Spring, MD, Park Montgomery will feature the renovation of a 1973 15-story high-rise building paired with the demolition of an existing parking garage and new construction of a 76-unit affordable apartment building over a new parking garage. In addition, there will be a 3,410 sf community space with a fitness center, club room, leasing offices, and a package room.
