Silverstone Senior Living Acquires North Bethesda Development Site for $12.6M
Silverstone Senior Living has acquired the roughly .95-acre site at 11575 Old Georgetown Road in North Bethesda for $12,650,000. Plans for the site call for a 17-story senior living tower dubbed The Pinnacle. The project will include 113 independent living units, 40 assisted living units and 48 units designated for The Bridge and memory care. The community will feature multiple restaurants, a wellness center with swimming pool, fitness facility, a day spa and salon, multiple outdoor terraces and 18,000 square feet of street-level retail or restaurant space.
