Site and Foundation Work Underway For Sedna Beverly
Site and foundation work have kicked off for Sedna Beverly. The waterfront project will feature a total of 62 apartments between 2 new construction buildings. Along with parking for 87 cars the development will also include a public waterfront park and 1,500 feet of boardwalk. First units are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2020. When asked about the name Sedna, the development team at Procopio tells BLDUP, "Sedna is a sea princess from Inuit mythology. We liked it, considering the oceanfront location, and it seemed fitting."
