Site Plan Amendment & $12M AHIF Loan Approved for Arlington Multifamily
The Arlington County Board has approved the site plan amendment for the first phase of the Crystal House redevelopment in Arlington. Plans for 1900 South Eads St. call for 432 total units in an 11-story building with 88 units to be designated affordable. The Board also voted to allocate $12,150,000 of FY 2024 AHIF funds to fund a low-interest AHIF residual receipts loan to help finance the project.
