Site Work Ongoing for Union Market Mixed-Use Project
GC, John Moriarty & Associates is currently installing shoring to support excavation along with utilities for the 500 Penn Street Project. The team is planning to start building foundations at the beginning of the New Year. The upcoming 13 story project will feature just over 300 residential units along with 23,000 square feet of retail space.
