Site Work Underway at Hotel in Naples
Construction has begun with the site work at a new hotel that will add 160 rooms to north Naples. Located at Walkerbilt and Tamiami Trail, The Perry Hotel will rise seven stories, along with a three-story parking garage. The hotel will offer luxury amenities including a ground level and rooftop pool. Dining and beverage options will include an open-air rooftop bar and 75-seat restaurant offering views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sitting along the Cocohatchee River provides channel access to the Gulf of Mexico and Wiggins State Park. Hotel guests will have access to a riverwalk leading to a waterfront pier with an eight-slip marina. In addition, there will be corporate meeting space and a fitness center. The majority of the guest rooms will feature private balconies. Completion is targeted for the first quarter 2024.
