Site Work Underway for Fort Totten Senior Housing
Goldin & Stafford along with GC Davis Construction have started work for the Fort Totten Senior Housing project in Northeast DC. The team is working on pre-cutting the site ahead of support of excavation pile and aggregate pier installation. The upcoming 4-story multifamily will include 93 senior (62+) apartments. The building is designed with a priority on accessibility and will include four Visual/Hearing Impaired units, 10 Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, and 30 American National Standards Institute NSI Type A units.
