Skanska Officially Breaks Ground on OZMA
Skanka has officially broken ground on OZMA in DC. The upcoming 12-story building will include 275 residential units along with just under 8,000 square feet of retail space. "OZMA showcases Skanska’s commitment to delivering the highest standards of environmental consciousness in every inch of living and amenity space. Together with Handel Architects, we have chosen a unique approach to the design that combines natural elements of nature, incorporated within the built environment, as well as elements of the past and future."
