Sketch Plan Approved for Federal Plaza Rockville Redevelopment
Sketch & preliminary plans have been approved for the redevelopment of the Federal Plaza retail center in Rockville. Plans call for up to 500 residential units, nearly 110,000 square feet of commercial space, and flexible green open space. The development would be constructed in 3 phases with the first phase to include a multifamily building, parking structure, and conversion of commercial space to parking.
