Sketch Plan Approved for Loehmann's Plaza Redevelopment
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved a Sketch Plan for the redevelopment of Loehmann's Plaza in North Bethesda. The multi-phase infill development would feature 680 residential units along with 40,000 square feet of commercial uses. The first phase of the project would include new townhomes and a grocery store. Overall the unit mix would be comprised of 107 townhomes, 36 low-rise multifamily units, and 537 multi-family units in a 6-7 story building.
