Sketch & Site Plans Approved for 200+ Unit Rockville Project
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved both Sketch & Site plans for a multifamily project on a 1.73-acre site at the intersection of Ardennes Avenue and Twinbrook Parkway in Rockville. The new building will include 213 affordable units along with resident amenity areas and community space. The community space will be accessible to both residents of the building and members of the public, intended to provide a physical space for local nonprofits that can serve both the residents of the building and the surrounding community.
