Slab Poured at East Tampa Commerce Center
The slab has been poured for Building 300 at East Tampa Commerce Center. Construction is on schedule, the walls will be tilted soon. The new distribution center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
