South Coast Improvement Company Opens Florida Office

South Coast Improvement Company has now opened a Florida office in Boca Raton. The firm offers a range of design, construction, and management services, working across a variety of sectors-interiors as well as exteriors-including office buildings, health care facilities, educational institutions, commercial properties, assisted living facilities, and residential communities. Their extensive experience in senior living has prompted the expansion to Florida. The team in the Southeast region is led by Founder and Owner, Tom Quinlan and Project Manager, Liz Fernandez.

Holiday Las Palmas
Palm Coast, FL

Interior renovation of an occupied senior living facility. In addition to the common area renovation, 20 vacant units were renovated with new lights, flooring and paint.

• Replacement of all light fixtures and electrical devices
• Installation of new millwork

Holiday Marion Woods
Ocala, FL
