Space Available for Lease at Imeson Landing Business Park
Phase 1 of Imeson Landing, Buildings 100, 200 and 300 are complete and space is available to lease. Construction of Phase 2, buildings 400 and 500 is ongoing and completion is expected in April 2024. Phase 3, which will consist of three buildings totaling 114,500 square feet is slated to begin in 2024. Imeson Landing Business Park will consist of a total of eight buildings in a flex/light industrial business community at northeast Imeson Park Boulevard and Zoo Parkway. Phase 1 and Phase 2 include the development of five buildings that range from 39,000 to almost 69,000 square feet, totaling 266,200 square feet.
