State Senate Paves Way for Revs Stadium in Everett
The Massachusetts Senate will take up a measure this week that will pave the way for a new soccer stadium in Everett. If the measure is approved, the 43-acre former power plant site at 173 Alford St. would be removed from the river's designated port area to allow for the construction of a stadium for The New England Revolution along with a waterfront park. Wynn Resorts acquired the site from Constellation Energy, earlier this year for $25M.
