Steel Framing Begins for 109 Brookline Ave.
Beauce Atlas along with Marr Companies & Suffolk Construction have begun steel framing for 109 Brookline Avenue.
The site is located just beside Fenway Park so will require complex erection and construction logistics due to space restrictions, limited street occupancy, and excavation of basement levels at the same time as the erection of upper levels. When complete the project will feature over 200,000 square feet of new lab/office space.
