Steel Framing Nearing Completion for The Cove in Worcester
Steel is almost complete for the Cove in Worcester with wood framing starting this week. Located in Worcester’s dynamic Canal District and abutting the Polar Park, The Cove will consist of 173 upscale apartments. The highly amenitized property will include 16,000 SF of retail space along with two patios overlooking the stadium, gym, fire pits, co-working, and lounge areas. Construction is expected to last through Summer 2024.
