Allston Yards Update 07/25/23

Structure Complete for 1st Building at Allston Yards

The concrete and wood frame structure is complete for the 1st mixed-use building at Allston Yards set to include 176 residential units and 87,200 SF of retail featuring a new Stop & Shop. This first phase is set to be complete in the Spring of 2024. Future phases of Allston Yards call for 420,000 SF of office/lab space and another 700+ residential units.
