Appeal Filed for Approved Emblem Project in Hyannis
A neighborhood organization has filed an appeal against regarding the redevelopment of the Twin Brook Golf Course in Hyannis. The appeal, filed by Save Twin Brooks, complains the development was approved without proper community consultation.
Plans call for a 13-building multifamily apartment development featuring 312 residences across 364,000 square-feet of floorspace.
