Tampa Developer Acquires Land in Downtown St. Petersburg for $6.5 Million
Tampa developer Third Lake Partners purchased four parcels of land, totaling 28,000 square feet, in downtown St. Petersburg for $6.5 million. Third Lake acquired the land from United Insurance Holdings. One parcel contains a 7,750-square foot office building, the other three are vacant parcels being utilized as surface parking. The parcels are across the street from the United Insurance Holdings office at 800 2nd Avenue South, which was acquired by Third Lake Partners in November 2022. Third Lake has not revealed plans for the land.
