Tampa Public Housing Community to be Redeveloped

 

 

A rezoning application has been filed for the redevelopment of Robles Park Village, a Tampa public housing committee. The Tampa Housing Authority is partnering with Property Markets Group on the project. The redevelopment of Robles Park Village seeks to reconnect the development to the surrounding neighborhood while providing quality housing to residents of varying income levels with a focus on affordable housing. The plans call for 1,850 residential units, 1,098 would be designated as affordable housing, 160 residential units would be dedicated to senior affordable housing, 550 residential units would be market rate apartments and there will be 42 attached townhomes. The community will also include a 32,500-square foot community center, 41,000 square feet of retail space and a 30,000-square foot grocery store. Additional features will include open greenspace, and residential amenities to include swimming pools.
