Tesla Center in St. Petersburg Sold for $26.25 Million

 

 

A Maryland-based vehicle leasing company has acquired the new Telsa Center in St. Petersburg. According to Pinellas County records, an LLC connected with Admiral Leasing paid $26.25 million for the building. The new center recently received its certificate of occupancy, and the showroom and service center will open to the public.  Located at 4601 34th Street North, in the Lealman section of St. Petersburg, the 102,000 square foot building, was formerly a Kane’s Furniture liquidation store. The building was reconfigured to allow for 52,000 square feet for the SSD operation with the remaining enclosed spaces used for vehicle storage to accommodate 170 vehicles.
