The Alton Gains Approval
Developer SHVO has gained unanimous approval from the Miami Beach Planning Board for The Alton, a planned 250,000 square foot redevelopment that will include office and retail space. The Alton will include 170,000 square feet of office space, 17,000 square feet of ground level retail space along with five luxury residential units.
