The Crossing at Palm Aire Nearing Completion
With the first move-ins approaching, crews are working on the interior finishes at The Crossing at Palm Aire. The new apartment community in Sarasota will offer 315 Class-A apartment units on 17 acres of land. The community will be contained in seven three and four-story buildings. Amenities include a resort-style pool a two-story, 10,000-square foot clubhouse featuring a coffee lounge, game room, co-working spaces, and fitness center. The property is located near Sarasota Bradenton International airport and provides easy access to US 301, SR 70 and I-75.
