The Oliver Tops Out
Earlier this week Howard University & Rock Creek Property Group celebrated the topping out of The Oliver, a new mixed-use development project at the northern gateway of Howard's campus. The five-story project will include 93 fully furnished residential units, underground parking, a lounge area, and a deck overlooking the university’s campus. Howard University will occupy all 41,000 square feet of office space available in the building.
