The Procopio Companies Announces Fall Opening for Wilmington Development

The Procopio Companies has announced that their three building, mixed-use development located at 203 Lowell Street in Wilmington, MA, is planning for opening in Fall 2024.

Spanning over 100,000+ square feet, this visionary development is comprised of three separate buildings with retail, office and residential spaces. The largest building will be The Alice, a 90,000+ square foot residential building that offers fifty Class A apartments open for leasing, with units featuring modern appliances, expansive balconies, open floor plans, and inviting community lounge areas.

Also expanding the development's overall footprint is a highly anticipated 2,488 square foot, drive-through Starbucks, the franchise’s second location in Wilmington which will go vertical in April of 2024. The third and last building, situated at the highly visible corner of Lowell and Woburn Street, will provide an additional 8,050 square feet of office/retail space, with leasing opportunities and an expected completion date in early 2025.

Strategically positioned at the bustling intersection of Woburn and Lowell Streets, The Alice provides convenient access to I-93, less than a mile from Exit 31, and is also only one and a half miles from Wilmington’s MBTA Commuter Rail station. Residents will also be blocks to additional restaurants, retail, fitness, and entertainment options.
