The Shops at Wiregrass Acquired for $70.5 Million

 

 

TriGate Capital, LLC is excited to announce the acquisition of The Shops at Wiregrass, an open-air destination retail center located in the Tampa Florida suburb of Wesley Chapel. The property was acquired via TriGate's fourth fully discretionary fund and continues one of TriGate's strategies of acquiring high quality assets in target sunbelt markets. According to Pasco County records, TriGate purchased the property for $70.5 million.

TriGate will be investing capital to make exterior improvements in order to continue to attract and retain desirable retailers at the property and has retained the CBRE team to manage and lease the property, Mark Hunter David Conn.

TriGate would also like to thank Chad C. and the Independent Financial team for providing financing for the acquisition and being a continued partner to our firm.

TriGate is currently seeking more retail opportunities across the Sunbelt where we can add value through additional capital investment and hands-on management.
