The Street Chestnut Hill Announces the Arrival of Brooklyn Bakeshop, Mia's Bakery

Bringing Brooklyn sweets to the Boston area, The Street Chestnut Hill announces the arrival of Mia’s Bakery. Now open, Mia’s Bakery offers a delectable selection of desserts, showcasing its custom and signature cakes, pies, cupcakes, and so much more. This new location marks Mia’s Bakery’s first bakeshop outside of New York, and will be followed by openings at other WS Development properties: Boston Seaport, opening this month, and Derby Street Shops in Hingham, coming soon. 
 
Mia’s Bakery was founded in Brooklyn in 2015 by two families that shared a love for exceptional classic desserts. After seeing how much joy a homemade chocolate soufflé brought to their homes, a delicious venture was born. Mia’s Bakery is a love letter to their beloved city—authentic and from the heart.
 
Now extending its passion to the Boston area, Mia’s Bakery is bound to satisfy every sweet tooth. Mia’s Bakery at The Street features an extensive menu of cakes and pies available as a whole and by the slice, cupcakes, tarts, cookies and more. Look for signature items like Mia’s New York Style Cheesecake available in a variety of flavors, Brooklyn Blackout Cake, Banana Cream Pie, Mia’s popular Tres Leches cupcakes, along with several gluten free and vegan options, and café menu items exclusive to The Street. Custom cakes for every occasion and catering are also available. Nearly all items are baked on premises at The Street and will be delivered fresh daily to Boston Seaport and Derby Street Shops, once they open.

Mia’s Bakery at The Street is open for dine in and takeout, 9am– 6pm daily.
