The Yards Parcel H Tops Out
HITT Contracting Inc., WDG, Ironstate Development, Brookfield Properties, Urby, and Felice Development Group celebrated the topping out of, “The Yards DC Urby." The project will feature 467 apartments above 22,000 square feet of retail space, including a ground floor café, as well as a central courtyard with lush green spaces. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
