Three-Building Warehouse Development Proposed in Peabody
Tishman Speyer has presented plans for a three-building warehouse development to replace Analogic Corp.’s HQ at 8 Centennial Drive in Peabody. The developer expects to acquire the roughly 60-acre site in the 2nd quarter of 2024. Plans call for three buildings totaling over 710,000 square feet of warehouse space with 711 parking spaces, 147 truck loading docks, and 74 truck parking spaces.
