Three Industrial Buildings in Fort Myers Sold for $5.95 Million
A Chicago-area real estate investment company has acquired three industrial buildings in Fort Myers. FS Real Estate paid $5.95 for the three buildings at the corner of Idlewild and Plantation in Fort Myers totaling 39,020 square feet. The deal was brokered by Fort Myers-based LSI Companies. The buildings are 6184 Idlewild, 17,010 square feet, 11040 Plantation Road, 10,010 square feet and 6182 Idlewild, 12,000 square feet. The three parcels total a little over 3.8 acres.
