Three Lab Buildings Approved in South Boston
Three lab buildings have been approved as part of the On the Dot project in South Boston. The approvals include 505 Dorchester Avenue, a 12-story 487,000 square foot lab/office, 75 Ellery a 13-story, 388,000 square foot lab/office, and 65 Ellery, also a 13-story lab/office to include 500,00+ square feet. All buildings will include ground-floor retail space. Plans also include more than an acre of public open space, as well as a new street network. The master plan for the 3M+ square foot mega-project gained approval this past October.
