Three Outparcels Remaining at The Randall at Orangetree
There only three outparcels remaining and the 7_Eleven is nearly complete at The Shops at Randall, the retail component of The Randall at Orangetree. The 50-acre mixed-use development is planned in Naples. The development will include a 400-unit apartment community along with 13 acres of retail frontage along Immokalee Road. Retail tenants include Aldi, AutoZone, 7-Eleven, Brickyard Carwash, National Bank, National QSR, and National Auto Care. The development site is across the street from a recently constructed Publix shopping center.
