Topping Out Celebrated at Bear Creek Commons in St. Petersburg
A construction milestone was reached as the topping out was celebrated at Bear Creek Commons by Blue Sky Communities, along with contractor Park & Eleazor. Located at 635 64th St. S., the four-story building will offer 85 units to residents 55 years old and older. All of the units will be workforce housing. Plans call for 90 parking spaces. The church that was on the site has been demolished.
