Topping Out Celebration Held at Affordable Housing Community Near Miami Airport
The topping out was celebrated at a new affordable housing community in Miami. Tampa-based developer Blue Sky Communities is building its first affordable housing community in the Miami area. Alto Tower will be a single mid-rise building apartment community consisting of 10 one-bedroom studio units, 51 one-bedroom units, and 20 two-bedroom units totaling 84 units. The community will have a fitness room, business center/meeting room, two case management offices, a manager’s office, and the leasing office. Completion is expected in Winter 2024.
