Tower Crane in Place for Buzzard Point Multifamily
The tower crane is in place with below-grade waterproofing nearly complete and ground floor concrete scheduled to be completed by the end of April. The dry utility subcontractor is mobilizing in April to begin the installation of the permanent power infrastructure. Plans call for 344 multi-family units over 8,500 square feet of retail.
