Tower Crane in Place for Southwest DC Mixed-Use Project
Miller & Long along with Clark Construction have completed install of the crane and concrete construction is progressing at Waterfront Station II. The 400,000 square foot mixed-used development will include 449 apartments, 30% of which are affordable housing, below-grade garage parking, and a rooftop pool. When complete, the project will also be home to a future DC charter school.
