Tower Cranes In Place for The Faircliff & Novel 14
After breaking ground in January, all excavation work has been completed, and both tower cranes have been installed for The Faircliff & Novel 14. Concrete work is underway with slab on grade and elevated decks. The Faircliff is an upcoming 125-unit affordable housing project NOVEL 14th Street will be a 197-unit market development. The two buildings will replace the former Faircliff Plaza East apartment complex.
