Town of Westborough Closes on Planned Community Center Site
The Town of Westborough has acquired 1500 Union Street for $8,800,000. The town is planning to convert the 65,000-square-foot building into a multi-generational community center. The building's former use as a fitness center provides numerous existing amenities, including a pool, locker room, and basketball court that could be potentially utilized for the new town space.
