The now-approved development at 66 Cambridge Street in Charlestown will transform an auto-centric industrial site that has long been inaccessible to the public into a modern, sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use campus that delivers economic opportunities for area residents and businesses, creates new outdoor green space for the community and contributes to the emerging growth and revitalization of Sullivan Square.
