Two Tower, 1400+ Unit Crystal City Project Approved
The Arlington County Board has approved plans for the Crystal Plaza 5 project located at 2250 Crystal Drive &223 23rd St. S. Plans call for two, 30-story towers featuring 1,439 units along with 25,000 square feet of retail space. The development also includes a $3.5M contribution for 23rd Street South improvements.
